Home Learning TV | Papa Kāinga TV is back and on DUKE

Home Learning TV | Papa Kāinga TV is back to support learning for children aged 2 to 11 years while Auckland remains in Alert Level 3 and the rest of the country is in Alert Level 2.

Home Learning TV | Papa Kāinga TV screens on DUKE from 9am to 1pm on weekdays, starting today. Programming for learners aged 5–11 includes junior movement with the Dingle Foundation, language and literacy, junior te reo Māori, science and maths – and much more.

DUKE is available on Freeview channel 13, Sky and Vodafone TV channel 23. DUKE can be live streamed on the TVNZ website or watched OnDemand. All of the earlier episodes of Home Learning TV | Papa Kāinga TV are also available OnDemand.

Teachers can access details of the upcoming week’s lessons on the Learning From Home website’s HLTV page so they can plan ahead, and incorporate the lessons into their teaching programmes. Lesson plans are also available to support teachers.
