Support for schools

There are two aspects to the support being offered nationally to schools as they implement The New Zealand Curriculum:

  • 100 school leaders' regional professional learning communities
  • ongoing support for schools.

Telephone "website walk-throughs" are available to help you get the most out of this site. To book a walk-through please email Jane on jane.nicholls@core-ed.net

Since the launch of The New Zealand Curriculum, over 100 sector leaders have been selected throughout New Zealand to set up professional learning communities (involving clusters of schools). Regional School Support Services personnel have guided their establishment and are providing ongoing support.
