Ramadan

17/05/19

Our New Zealand Muslim community is currently observing Ramadan, a month long celebration to commemorate Allah.

During Ramadan, Muslims fast from sunset to sunrise, regularly pray, and gather for nightly feasts with families and friends. Observing Ramadan is one of the Five Pillars of Islam, the five duties that are obligatory for every Muslim.
