Mapping and aligning assessment tools

The Ministry of Education is presently mapping and aligning some of the assessment tools to the National Standards. This means evidence is being developed to indicate how particular assessment tools relate to the standards and an Overall Teacher Judgment against the standards.
The Assessment Resources Maps help schools and teachers select the most appropriate assessment tool to suit their particular purposes. They illustrate the year levels and/or curriculum levels each tool is fit for.
