I have used this programme with students on RTLB roll who have been underachieving in maths and the evidence from exposure to it has been amazing. This year I was so keen to have computer programmes acjknowledged as representations that support maths that I spent the last two terms studying through VIC NZ Numeracy and have just completed a Research paper on computer-assisted learning ( that includes digital technologies, web sites etc. After researching reviews over the last 20 years, there is sufficient evidence to prove that computer assisted tools can make a difference, although the effect size is not huge. Mathletics is an amazing programme, but it really does need a good administrator who will make sure the students are using it properly and is used regularly to supplement to a good classroom programme. The team behind it are superb and are always willing to organised professional development using Mathletics
